As followers of Christ, giving is a part of our worship. We believe giving cheerfully and sacrificially is an act of worship that blesses the giver as much as the receiver (2 Corinthians 9:6-7). Among many reasons given in scripture for why we should give, one that should move our hearts most directly is because it makes us more like Christ. The death and resurrection of Jesus represent the most generous gift ever given – when He gave up everything in order to reconcile us to God. Our generosity is a response to this unfathomable generosity. We love because He first loved us, and we give because He first gave.

Ways To Give

• Place your gifts in an offering basket during our Morning Worship service or turn them in during your Small Group/Sunday School Class. If you’d like to receive a tax deduction for cash gifts, make sure you place the gift in an offering envelope with your name and address on it. Envelopes are available in the foyer and in pew racks.
• Mail your contribution to the church office: 814 Smith Ave., Prattville, AL 36067.
